辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是一种糖蛋白,分子量约为44 KD。它从辣根(Amoracia Rustana)中分离出来,属于过氧化物酶的铁原卟啉组。 HRP是包含四个二硫键的单链多肽。它是一种糖蛋白,含有18%的碳水化合物。碳水化合物组合物由半乳糖,阿拉伯糖,木糖,岩藻糖,甘露糖,甘露糖胺和半乳糖胺组成。 HRP容易与过氧化氢(H2O2)结合,生成的[HRP–H2O2]络合物可以氧化多种发色性氢供体。 AAT Bioquest提供了最大数量的HRP底物和缀合物。 HRP在许多不同的免疫化学应用(包括ELISA,免疫印迹和免疫组织化学)中被广泛用作免疫球蛋白的标记。 HRP可以通过几种不同的方法与抗体偶联,包括戊二醛,高碘酸盐氧化,通过二硫键以及氨基和硫醇定向的交叉油墨。迄今为止,我们的Buccutite HRP共轭技术是最有效的方法。 HRP是抗体最需要的标记,因为它是三种最流行的酶标记(HRP,碱性磷酸酶和B-半乳糖苷酶)中最小和最稳定的,其糖基化导致较低的非特异性结合。此纯化的辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)以无盐粉末形式冻干提供,用于重建并用于HRP检测或结合。

盐霉素是一种由白色链霉菌产生的聚醚单羧酸。 它可用于预防因猪瘟,中肠埃里氏菌,大头孢菌,布鲁内特氏菌,大肠埃希菌和大肠埃希菌引起的家禽球虫病。 沙利霉素对某些革兰氏阳性细菌具有活性,而肠杆菌科则具有抗性。 盐霉素对产气荚膜梭菌也有抑制作用,因此使用盐霉素可降低肉鸡坏死性肠炎的发生率。盐霉素被认为是标记残留物,皮肤/脂肪被认为是靶组织。与其他聚醚离子载体相比,盐霉素在鸡蛋中产生的残留水平相对较低。盐霉素-HRP 缀合物是通过ELISA定量盐霉素的基本试剂。
