结构特征与工作原理
1．结构特征
如图l所示，发生器由机箱、气体发生器玻璃管、真空泵、流量控制器、触摸显示屏、CPU板及电源板等几大部件组成。机箱采用薄不锈钢板折弯、拼装焊接而成，表面除锈处理后作白色烤漆。
发生器采用了自锁流量控制系统，传感器的流量的寿命。并采用触摸屏进行控制，方便直观。
2．工作原理
本发生器采用负压系统，防止气体发生器玻璃管的泄漏。空气从流量控制器——气体发生器玻璃管——加热裂解器——真空泵——电磁阀——输出带有甲醛的气体。

Structural characteristics and working principle
1. Structure
As shown in Figure l, the generator from the chassis, gas generator glass tube, vacuum pump, flow controller, touch screen, CPU board and power board and so on is several major components. Chassis thin stainless steel bending, assembled welded together, the surface rust treatment for the white paint.
The generator uses a self-locking flow control system that measures the life of the sensor’s flow. And the use of touch screen control, convenient and intuitive.
2. working principle
The generator uses a negative pressure system to prevent leakage of the gas generator glass tube. Air flows from the flow controller – the gas generator glass tube – the thermal cracker – the vacuum pump – the solenoid valve – to output the gas with formaldehyde.
